$0 admin fee. $0 surprises.
Plenty of storage companies charge a fee just to move in. We don't. Here's everything that goes on your bill:
$0 admin fee. No admin fee, signup fee or move-in fee, at any of our locations.
Your monthly rent. The rate for your unit. If you move in with a deal, your rent goes to that unit's regular rate when the deal ends. Ask and we'll tell you the exact number before you rent.
Protection for your things. Every unit needs coverage, but it doesn't have to be ours. Use your own homeowner's or renter's policy, or add our standard plan: $15 a month for up to $2,500 in coverage. More coverage is available if you need it.
That's the whole bill.
Pricing questions, answered straight
Is there an admin fee or move-in fee?
No. You pay your first month's rent and protection for your things, and that's it.
Do I have to buy your protection plan?
No. Every unit needs coverage, but it doesn't have to be ours. If your homeowner's or renter's policy covers stored belongings, just show us proof and you're set. Otherwise our standard plan is $15 a month for up to $2,500 in coverage.
What happens when my move-in deal ends?
Your rent goes to the regular monthly rate for your unit. Ask us before you rent and we'll tell you the exact number, so the second bill isn't a surprise.
Are there any optional extras?
Some locations offer 24-hour gate access as an add-on for $10 a month. It's entirely your call. Regular access hours are included in your rent.
Are there any other fees?
Only ones you can avoid: a late fee if rent runs past due, or a lock-cut fee if a lock has to come off. Pay on time and you'll never see either.
Will my rent ever go up?
It can. Storage rents change over time, like most rents. If yours is going to change, you'll get written notice ahead of time with the new amount and the date it starts.
